The brief

A Series-A fintech was raising, and their lead investor wanted an independent read on the payments platform before signing. The founders wanted the same picture, honestly.

What we did

We reviewed the architecture, the code, and the team. We separated what was genuinely solid from what was short-term debt, and costed what it would take to scale to the next order of magnitude, written plainly for both sides of the table.

The outcome

A clear-eyed report both the founders and the investor trusted, and a prioritised list the team could act on the week after the round closed.
