The brief

Harbour & Co is an independent London lettings agency. Enquiries were arriving by email and getting rekeyed into their CRM by hand, which meant delays and the occasional dropped lead.

What we built

A brochure site with a lettings enquiry flow wired straight into their existing CRM over its API. A new enquiry lands in the pipeline as a lead, tagged and assigned, with no copy-paste in between.
