The brief

A field-service team was running its schedule across spreadsheets and phone calls. Nobody could see, at a glance, who was where and what was running late.

What we built

A scheduling board on .NET and SQL Server, hosted on Azure. Jobs, engineers, and time slots on one screen, with a live view the office and the vans both trust. Changes sync in near real time.

The result

One source of truth for the day’s work, and far fewer calls asking “where are you?”
